Four years ago, I wrote the prologue below. I felt lost and was feeling my way through very uncharted territory. Today, I am working in Commercial Lending vs. Retail. My youngest is about to graduate from college and I have developed a plethora of interests and hobbies. I would like to take this blog in a new direction — my exploration of my new hobbies. Let’s explore history, politics, reading and technology together. At 64 years of age, it still a new day for you and me. Let’s celebrate each and every one.

Prior to losing my job at Chase Bank in 2009, I could lay claim to two truths: I was a very knowledgeable, experienced Mortgage Banker and a technology illiterate.
